Oats Omelette

Cooking up an omelette  should be a fast ,easy and delicious experience, but for many people it's actually a hard and disappointing one. There are several reasons for this, and hopefully this demo for how to make a fluffy soft and beautiful omelette will eliminate them.

The most important is the doneness of an omelette. Some people like half cooked some like fully cooked, it totally depends upon the temperature, so be careful at that time. As already told in video to get the fluffier omelette  we need to beat the eggs for approximately 2 mins to get a nice frothy mixture. More you beat the softer will be your omelette. This is very important step and generally, people ignore this step.

As the egg blends very well with all the stuffing , like veggies, bacon, cheese , chicken and so on.... just make sure you finely chop the veggies or grate them so it mixes with the egg and cooks simultaneously with the egg. Now, only thing we need to remember is to let the mixture rest for 2 - 3 mins so, that the veggies soak a bit of egg and our seasoning. Add generous amount of seasonings as veggies will also need the seasoning.

Make sure all the veggies are at the center of a pan or tawa , which will make easy to flip the omelette without tearing the omelette. Yes, as practice makes everyone perfect , try flipping many a times u will definitely flip it perfectly one day.
